Description Zeiss Fero Z-51 Night Vision Scope – NSN: 5855-12-166-5706 Used Surplus Scope Made by Zeiss/Eltro, the Orion 80 Fero Z-51 Night vision scope is a Gen 1 and manufactured in Germany. According to some sources, these are still utilized by select units of the German Bundeswehr. A Starlight night vision scope, it features XX211 and XX1340 image intensifier tubes, reticle adjustments, focusing knob, flash protection, on/off button, reticle brightness control, shade control, and comes in it’s original hard shell case. Included in the kit is the scope, daylight cover with three day-use holes, eyecup with light shutter, mounts, mounting tool, canvas bag, allen wrench, cleaning/dusting cloth, and two German C batteries. No manual is included or available.
