Now, the Big Boy’s polished brass receiver sports a side loading gate, allowing you to top off the tube magazine without dropping the rifle from your shoulder. We’ve also retained the traditional magazine tube for safe and easy unloading. With both loading options at your disposal, you’ll always have your rifle at the ready.

Classic pistol cartridges see considerable performance improvements when fired from the Big Boy’s 20” blued steel octagonal barrel, making these rifles a versatile tool to Protect and Provide. In addition, a fully adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight with a reversible white diamond insert, paired with a brass beaded front sight, makes target acquisition effortless.

True to Henry form, these rifles are constructed with exquisite attention to detail, using fine American-made components. Both the straight-grip stock and forearm are crafted of select American walnut accented with a polished brass barrel band and Henry’s signature polished hardened brass receiver. All have the smooth action and crisp trigger that distinguishes an authentic, American-made Henry.

Federal Firearms Laws prevent us from shipping firearms directly to you. Instead, we ship any firearm purchased on our site to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer in your area.

Here’s how it works:

• Make your purchase online, ensuring you are following all state and local laws. For a listing of these laws, please visit the following link: Gun Laws.

• Find an FFL dealer in your area that will accept the transfer of your firearm. Most dealers, which include sporting goods stores, pawn shops, gunsmiths and gun stores, are willing to do this for a nominal fee. If you have a dealer in mind, please enter their name and telephone number at checkout. You can find a list of dealers by zip code here.

• Ask your dealer to email us a copy of their valid and signed FFL form. Emailed copies must be sent to sales@bradleybarter.com.

• IMPORTANT: Please make sure your dealer includes your order number and name with the email. 

• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver. You must also be a legal resident of the state in which you wish to transfer the firearm

• Once we have received the FFL, we will ship your order to your dealer and you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email.

• Once your dealer receives your firearm, they will contact you and you can complete all the necessary paperwork and pick up your firearm.

• NOTE: We DO NOT Ship Firearms/Ammo/Magazines To: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC.

Store Pick-up:

In the Cleveland, TN area? You can pick your purchase up at our Retail Store. Simply select Store Pick-up under Shipping method at checkout. Your item will be available for pickup immediately.

A background check will be completed in person through the TBI, There is a $10.00 fee (Please bring valid ID). Once the background check is approved, you are free to take your firearm home!
