The R1's beech stock sports a checkered grip and forearm. All the steel has been carefully and expertly machined to make sure your rifle functions flawlessly. This gun will become an heirloom. Conservatively rated at 950 fps in .177 cal., that's just right for most shooting disciplines. If you plan to hunt with the R1, the .20 or .22 cal. would be a better choice.
